Should someone ask the question about Apple at the ASM - whether they are a licensee or a customer or what kind of contract does Q have with Apple?

I've been following that 10-k paragraph for a while. Obviously, Apple revenues (royalties at least) are being "billed" through Foxconn. It will be most interesting if and whenever Foxconn moves into a +10%er role. Given all the confusion here, it is no wonder Qualcomm's other large customers are going to the courts to seek clarification as to how Apple is transacting their 3G business affairs. It appears that it is only through (and behind the walls of) the legal system that one can rise above an "Apple" NDA and penetrate the wording of a Qualcomm contract.
