To All: I have reviewed the minimum requirements for NASDAQ listing (as of the Aug '97 revisions) and find it truly remarkable that at a share price of 8-10 dollars all requirements were not met, but at present, ALL the requirements ARE MET with the exception of the price!!! Sure am looking forward to the financials..... I kinda feel sorry for the shortster (kinda) as he really is in a world of hurt!!! Would anyone like to see these NASDAQ requirements posted? Allen
