An Obama CCC would be unionized and demand construction union wages and benefits. Within a month 20-% would be on disability and laughing. Steve and Rat would urging a Class Action suit to protest against a hostil work envirent as soon as someone was "urged" to actually work. The union dues would go to the Obama campaign fund. Also, all projects would take a year to permit. The only net benefit would be a payoff to the lawyers.

One side wants to do nothing and let the people fill up in the streets and riot I guess and the other side wants to just pass out money. You say no I say yes. I say I don't want to pay these guys to sit on their hands and do nothing. I don't want to buy their food for them and I don't want to subsidize their homes - BUT I also don't want the streets full of desperate men because they have nothing to do and can't feed their families. Desperate people do desperate things. Sooooo put them to work and get a return for the tax payer.
