This is going to take a relentless pursuit of people like this; that believe like you do; that aren't part of the inside the beltway crowd for a generation at least, to save our country as founded. This is the part that is really important. The reason that the progressives were so successful is that they were patient. Their method was more about infiltration than forcing a sea change overnight. We are certainly going to need to win back congress and the presidency, but if we want the changes to stick, we will need to emasculate the unions and actually encourage conservatives to enter the public teaching profession. We need more than a political change to be successful. We need a broad cultural change.
