You are right, John, and Rod Currie was the only one AFAIK that complained about the provision submitted [and affirmed?] at the last AGM to waive the required outside director(s).

John, Just out of curiousity, [I assume that you are/were an IPMCF shareholder] did you vote your shares before the IPM AGM? If so, did you vote 'for' or 'against' the amendments to the IPM By-Laws?

" If you buy into con men or incompetency, there isn't anything you can do."
You got that right, that's why you only invest a small portion of your portfolio with junior miners. With IPM the fundamentals started changing near the end, but many forgot to adjust their holdings accordingly.
Interesting to note that Cap Guardian was a buyer till beggining of June but then was a solid seller from July 3rd to August 27 (sold 371,000 shares) I wonder why?
To get a shareholder suit going, Cap guardian would have to start it all....Let's send them a letter and ask if they are concerned. Anyone got the address. I got the traders name (lawyer) who sings the insider trades. - denis
