It's a very thin majority telling a very large minority this is how it's going to be-and while it may be legal it is not a way forward for the cooperation necessary to make the (health care) system function. For one thing, if and when the large minority achieves a majority they will just undo what's been done. This is not a way forward when we have big deficit problems to solve. We'll be spending time reinventing the wheel instead of coming up with something that works.
