I'm not saying listening to what someone tells you is illegal. My concern is that material information is passed to some on this thread, and not to the general public. We all knew that the merger/acquisition was conditioned on a cash infusion. Knowing that the deal was done before being announced to the public, gives a select few an opportunity to capitalize before a formal annoucement. This is very questionable IMHO. Is this really happening? How much do you all talk to these guys? Is there some kind of daily update?
