I almost get the feeling that perhaps they like to spend their nights in the vault counting the cash!
Is it that hard for Apple to make up their mind on this issue given their confidence in their products and plans?

Exactly what he said during the last CC, and during the GS conference last week.

As some of us predicted, then, no news of any significance at the meeting. Yet the stock ended at a new closing high. Fascinating.
