If the filings are deemed late by the SEC, trading could be halted. My inquiries about just how long they could go without being delinquint, seem to indicate they are past the initial filing deadline and past the extension deadline. I am unable to get a solid answer as to what circumstances would warrant another extension, if one could be granted at all.

Serious question: Do you truly consider it unusual for any company to be late on a filing?

I see that DVBC just released a 10Qsb for the March Quarter. Some 7 or 8 months late...I wonder whay he was late?
