You suggested a person pay $100,000,000. for citizenship some time back............using that as an example. Once a person acquires that citizenship, would he/she be required to periodically pay into the kitty to maintain that citizenship, or would that one fee be all that was required?

Mq, I 'spect you're starting to get it! Government is the current manifestation of the roadmen and pickpockets of yesteryear. Only thing is, they're more efficient and have greater reach.
