Children should be taught about a number of religions, and about science apart and even in the absence of religion. Only then, as adults can they make up their minds. This isn't the 1200's anymore. I agree with Dawkins here.

I know plenty of Christians who think many Muslims brainwash their kids, and that it's abusive. Whats the difference?? Ditto brainwashing kids into Scientology. Its like -"whats mine-is-mine; what's YOURS is negotiable."

Teaching about comparative religions with objectivity to kids is great. Expose them to all historical ideas...

Brainwashing them into ONE that is the only path, is abuse. Nothing wrong with the position against the dogma of forcing kids into a religion.
