Doesn't Washington State allow anyone, even card carrying or card left home communists to vote in any primary? That would include Kenneth. He is too lazy to vote in a primary anyway. I wonder how much of his day is spent napping in his office.

My Republican caucus is open to all registered voters. In WA state, we do not register by party. We are all independents.
