At $100 per barrel of light oil. shallow wells can be drilled for $30,000US. Daily production can be 1-3 barrels per day. With large acreage of 3450 kS acres, a network can be established. Shallow wells can be benefited by water flooding in the area. Normal water table of 16 feet can dissolve dried up oil and release it for production.

LOGL is doing horizontal drilling same as Saudi Arabia.

Personally, I have visited Ok farm, which can stick a 1/2" pipe into the ground and pump out one to three barrels of oil per year. Network can be cheaply run by solar cell panels?
