Dan,

So you're stupid enough to think that the SEC is going to be the salvation of this company??

This company has already put out materially misleading information relating to its garment assembly facilities in Florida for which it has not issued any retraction. It has apparently misled shareholder with regard to the value of its assets. An officer of the company (Mr. Puhr) apparently has(had?) a conflict of interest due to his being a registered broker. It has announced that a $10 million private placement has been agreed to (normally these are only announced post-facto due to the material impact such an annoucement can have on a stock's price) but money will not change hands until the end of the month.... Shall I go on??

My friends, this company has already put out sufficient information to justify an SEC investigation based solely on its activities. But the fact that you have well over 30,000 posts on both the OVIS and this thread makes this company a poster child for an internet fraud investigation. My guess on why the SEC hasn't yet halted it is that they want to accumulate irrefutable evidence against all the major parties involved so that they have a open and shut case.
They certainly don't feel any pity for any of you since all of the derogatory information on this company has been conveyed in such a way that you all know the chances you are taking.

This stock should have taken off to higher levels weeks ago the minute the mmkrs caught wind of the number of certificates being delivered. They know there is a buck to be made in a short squeeze and they would be very interested in getting their hands on some of these shares themselves so that they could continue to pump up the price of this stock. (Then they would go short and make money on the downside.)

You may think me stupid, but as the next two weeks progress one of us is going to look mighty ignorant. Since I wouldn't dare take a position in this stock either long or short, ignorance on my part will amount to eating a little crow. On everyone else's it will mean $$$$ and likely subpoenas from some staff attorney. And don't EVEN think that they are above issuing subpoenas to any of you folks out here. They love it.

I lay you a little wager. I'll bet you $20 bucks (all that I'm willing to risk on this dog) that you will see the company come out and announced that there has been a delay in consumating the private placement (which they shouldn't have even annouced until the money was in their accounts). I highly doubt that you will see money in any verifiable form be given to this company. But believe me, when they do announce, an SEC staff attorney will be dropping by to verify it.

Regards,

Ron
