Good post Kirk! I have a q about the exclusion of cops and firefighters. Why do you do that? If we buy enough life+disability insurance for them while they are in the workforce, why do we need to exclude them from cuts in pension benefits?

The Federal Government could bail out Cali if they so desire. And Why not, they are bailing out everyone else.
Fear not. Spend what you don't have so you can stimulate growth. This is the economic plan for prosperity.
