Totalitarianism?? The lack of forcing children to accept history and supernatural beliefs "on faith" with no evidence is the lack of totalitarianism. Even Dawkins will tell you that he is open to evidence that can be seen. Do you believe in Joseph Smith's Golden Tablets??? Do you believe that the world will end based on biblical prophesy?? Do you believe gurus can levitate?? Do you believe that the soul begins at sperm or female egg and spilling the seed is a sin?? Its simple, show us the data, win us over with reason and evidence. You can't. But please feel free to keep trying. Seriously. In the meantime, lets focus on what we can see and do, on science, to make this a better world. Instead of fighting over things we take on faith A or faith B. That is not totalitariansim, it is dynamism, instrumentalism, and taking responsibility.
