Digital Realty Trust, Inc. Comm (NYSE: DLR) - reduced position by 50%
Ship Finance International Limi (NYSE: SFL) - sold high priced shares (about 20% of my shares)

goo.gl

Peeled off 50% of my remaining shares of DLR. Stock very near all time high. Will redeploy funds into an REIT preferred and/or similar cloud REIT but at lower price on any correction. Sold my high priced shares of SFL to record loss and want to deploy funds into SDRL at any price below $37.00.

The market continues to bid up equity prices, so I continue to peel off shares building up my cash. My concern is that at some time, the FED must start to raise interest rates which will result in a sizable market correction. Companies w/ large amounts of debt (like SFL & DLR) will probably be impacted more than those w/ little to no debt.
