STAG; DLR. I sold some DLR last week and 100% of my remaining DLR today. I still own COR. take another look at STAG, esp the pref shares. I just noticed that insiders bought a bit more common shares last week. The common shares now yield 7.4% at $14. The PE is acceptable, but I already own enough.
