DrRisk, From reading the filing it's obvious that AIPC is pretty confident that the price of the stock could solidify and go beyond $8.00 shortly. That being the case it smells like some good news are forthcoming.

Why file on a Friday? OK.

Any idea as to the number of shorts we got to date?

Question for taxi, drrisk and any other level headed poster.....There may be a very simple explanation for this but here goes.... In the s3/a.. I noticed Millenium had 250,000 shares which I would assume was payment for services. Is this common that AIPN would pay them in shares? The last time I saw an occurance like this, the company (SEXI) and the promotor (SGA Goldstar) , lots of people went to jail. What is different here?
