One has to consider the fact that RACE management is certainly aware of shareholder dissatisfaction with the stock performance since the last annual meeting and will undoubtedly want to have good news to share before the January meeting. So let's see, had managment been aware of the potential for shareholder dissatisfaction earlier on then RACE would be doing just fine right now. It's the knowledge that shareholders are dissatisfied that is going to turn things around.
