Is this information now indicating that there have been no insider sales since the end of October?? I am very confused.

Gary, RE two names on "insider list" --
Deshpande selling 5,000 shares ... indicates that he
intends to stay around for a while. He is one of the
founders of CSCC (IE the man with a vision).
This is a positive sign.
If you see him unloading his shares, it's time to cut bait
and run.

Smith is the former president of CSCC. I withhold all
comments.

depends on date of sale when the form 4 is filed.

Form 4:
The U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) document that must be filled out by insiders when they buy or sell their own company's shares. The transaction must be filed by the 10th day of the month following the trade. Most insiders are diligent, and there are typically more Form 4s filed with the SEC in the second week of the month as insiders rush to meet this deadline.
