Blankmind,

Thanks for trying to sort out the Form 4 and Form 144 mess. It makes sense.

There still seem to be reporting problems or data collection problems, though, which is unfortunate.

Take Hendren, for example. He sold shares in October and his 144 was filed in October. By the 10th of November and even later, there was no Form 4 showing up on insidertrader.com. Why is that? Last time he sold (back in March), a Form 4 followed thereafter. This time, not yet. He was a VP then and he is a VP now.

Also, Deshpande. The form 144 from EdgarOnline shows him selling 15,000 shares. The Form 4 from insidertrader.com shows him selling 5,000 shares. Why the difference? A typo?

Also, the form 4s themselves. Edgar Online shows no Form 4s for any ASND insiders/officers. They know how to do so: They show them for CPQ insiders.

All in all, these online filing databases cleary have too many inconsistencies and inaccuracies. (I could write an article on this, now, for some online investor magazine.)

By the way, I think its kind of interesting that Bernie Schneider hasn't sold a single share (if these filing services are to be believed) (he did sell before the CSCC acquisition). Anyway, go Bernie!
