I understand that part. The shame is that they have to. I find the state of our legal system, most especially the civil actions side, is deplorable these days. Judges and jurists need to get real, and when they get a nonsense law suit, throw it out and charge the complainer for legal fees for both sides and court costs.

It's the law here. Driving Under the Influence includes drugs administered at a hospital.
