sends their kids off to Mexico ... This happened to a very good family friend of mine: His teenage son and a couple of his friends drove to Rosarita Beach for a long weekend vacation. On the way back, they supposedly got in a single car accident where the SUV they were in rolled. My friend's son and his friends were all killed - at least that's what they were told. They spent a frantic 2 weeks trying to find out why the boys didn't return home. They had to hire investigators and lawyers. They finally discovered that the boys were dead but the Mexican authorities would not release the bodies to the families saying they were still investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident. First it was $10,000 for the damage to the highway. Then it was $10,000 for the investigation. Then another $10,000 for mortuary services. Then another $10,000 fine for illegal activities, which were never defined. It took him 6 weeks to get his son's body back. By that time, the kids could only be identified through dental records because no efforts were made to preserve their bodies. They were never shown pictures of the accident, nor did they get the wrecked car back. To this day, they have no idea what happened to the 3 boys.

I have no intention of sending my kids to Mexico, and I think it's a terrible idea. For Obama, the ultimate stupidity. I didn't have time to watch the video. Could you summarize for me in a sentence or two?

I started the video. It was too horendous and depressing, I stopped. In addition to violence and accidence there is the danger of illness that can land one in the hospital or even death if not treated. A cousin and her family -------------- became ill in Mexico in the Cancun area. She was hospitalized for a week when she came home-------a young woman. Similar happened to our family but without the hospitalization. As parents Obama and Michelle exercised extremely poor judgment in letting a 13 year old go with other children to Mexico with however many other children and 25 FBI agents. And, Obama exercised extremely poor judgment in the expenditure of taxpayers money on this extravganza that could endanger the lives of the children. We don't need a President with such poor judgment-------he needs a permanent vacation. Perhaps Kenya would be perfect for him and the whole famly.
