remember, both sides have a walkaway agreement if the average of the trailing thirty days close price of GTIS stock is below $8.25 before the transaction. I think both sides want to go through, but there is the walkaway...

Thing is it doesn't matter what the eventual pick up price is. The shares are still out on the market regardless of the cost and that's what is hurting us. The only one that gets dinged from a lower GT price in the MPRS deal are the share holders of MPRS. Although, I have to say I am rather P/Oed by the whole mess.
