From AOL Subject: more legal crap Date: Tue, Nov 25, 1997 08:50 EST From: Spindizy Message-id: <19971125135000.IAA02285@ladder01.news.aol.com> I recently heard a rumor that the long ago won law-suit between DBI and IDENTIX was heard by an appealate court sometime back in October and that the ruling is expected in a week or so. The source ALSO indicated that the IDX lawyer was beaten to a pulp during the hearing. The source indicated the lawyers name was Slobodin or something. If this rumor is true, what's the impact on IDX? If it's not true, does anyone know the status?
