First: Needless to say, no one would credibly argue that geo-engineering is a replacement* for mitigation of carbon emissions.* No surprise here. That would mean giving up the control of government aim of the whole movement. However, Mr. Rat - if is something is to be done about the issue "geo engineering" is where it is going to have to be done. I will not hold my breath waiting for the wackos to switch to that approach. There is absolutely no world scenario where the use of fossil fuels declines to the levels the wackos want. Bob
