Society will make the decisions. It is called the rule of law

No it isn't. The rule doesn't say that decisions will be made collectively. It's about about using established legal procedures rather then having political leaders decide things in an arbitrary fashion. "Society" can't simply say your guilty and hang you, and government's powers are limited to what the law allows. That's the rule of law. Not the idea that everything is ok if its popular or if elected politicians push it.

Oh, you want to try and pull the 'rule of law' thing?

As if Liberals aren't 100 times more likely to go outside the law, in order to do whatever they want, or do things how they think they should be.

Koan, you have really got to pay more attention, if you want to be a good little liberal and follow your mentor Obama. Laws mean nothing to liberals. They all think they're above the law.

Gee, koan, you've really let me down tonight. Maybe you aren't quite the card-totin' leftist you really think you are.
