Isn't WebTV the the most close to a "net" (as in internet) computer available to the consumer? WebTV is now owned MSFT. Ads could confuse consumer into thinking that this is the Oracle technology being referred to.

Yeah, hope you're right. Oracle does not
have much to worry about from Sybase or
Informix so they ought to be able to
focus on beating Microsoft and occasionally
IBM. If they miss this q
maybe someone will rein in Larry...
it's probably time..I think they
are losing focus on their core business...
they are missing out on tools badly..
the Sedona fiasco shows the lack of focus.
NC's may be a good idea but Oracle should
let IBM and SUN carry the ball...
