i would think the man and incident should be investigated. you and bentway leave out a few things. zimmerman was attacked, punched, his head was slammed into ground repeatedly; he was badly hurt. he did not previously physically accost the teen. there was not a police order - there was a suggestion by a dispatcher that he need not follow the teen. zimmerman did not ignore a police order. he did not intend to shoot the teen when he followed him. the teen shouldn't have hit zimmerman. zimmerman would not have shot the teen if the teen had not brutally beaten zimmerman. zimmerman may have been going to the store, not following the teen. he then came upon him. you are not expressing concern with many others who are killed or their killers receiving punishment. you seem racist - focusing on an incident where a black is killed by a hispanic.
