Airline Complaints Rise Nearly 25%

2009 to 2010. The airline deregulation act was in 1978.

I was being kind. Comparing complaints to 1978 would be disastrous. Once again, I repeat.......no one enjoys flying. Its become an unpleasant chore to get somewhere. Its why I take the train whenever possible.
