FF, as often happens, you have the game reversed. Many times, blacks have been lynched of shot in the south and even other parts of the USA and the investigations were a joke. Medgar Evar's case was solved 50 years after he was murdered, when most people in town knew who the killer was. Civil Rights workers were murdered in the south and the FBI had to be brought in because MIss. police were too corrupt to handle the case. When blacks are killed in many parts of the country, the police use the term NHI, no humans involved. It is just like pampered whites to try to turn this one around and blame the kid who was killed. Lets pick and the poor and the weak is their mantra.
