Yes, that's what I meant. Obama in this video talks about the "failure" of the Court to bring about "economic justice and redistributive change". He complains that the Constitution lists the limitations on the government, but fails to assert what are the things that the government "must" do on our behalf. ....The problem is -- people like him think they can "redistribute" the golden eggs -- and they are oblivious that they are, in fact, trying to mess with the goose. ...it scares me that there is no real political discourse in the country. Even on SI, a small microcosm, people who think differently no longer talk among themselves. Darn, it came to the point when even the Supreme Court Justices often simply follow the party line. I think it is in the interests of the Right to have a broader public discussion. Why? Simply because our arguments are stronger.
