NO! I believe the "JV" reference was to the extisting group of companies that comprise AIPN --- I have no information or reason to lead me to put forth any facts further. The only little piece of information that conforms less than absolutely to the press release issued by Millaria this morning is that my guys (message was waiting for me when I woke up this morning, so it was left for me late Monday, Almaty time) told me the announcement would finally be made on Wednesday. I think any time issue is a simple disconnect... in which case Millenium's release is it for now, even if two days out of synch with what Kz expected. But if there's more.... I don't know. Sure --- we all hope.... .kib0
