Slavery goes back a lot farther. I doubt there were many,if any, societies that did not have slavery until after the American Revolution.

I suspect this fits most of us here on PfP--My ancestors did as well fight for the right of everyone to live as free men and women in this country, as long as they were law abiding people........We all feel betrayed when the media and race baiters like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and their ilk try to stir up trouble for everyone.
