You look for reasons to hate Obama. Those are simply right wing talking points. The right says they hate activist judges and everyone knows this supreme court is one of the most activist courts in history. They rule 5/4 consistently based on neo con plutocratic ideology. They said in the Gore v. Bush decision it was for that one decision only and could not be used as precedent for case law. Say what? And the Citizens United law over turned 100 years of settled law. And they will overturn Obamacare which is also considered settled law (Commerce clause). And they will continue to rule the way they want, and find the law they need to defend their decisions. And you will continue to defend anything they do.
