Meathead,

IMO, the bears are not into any substantial analysis of companies or markets. They are just playing on the jitters in the market over problems in SEA. They are trying to whip up FEAR because they believe that that will help their short positions.

I hear a lot of them saying they can not influence the market but I do not think they really believe what they are saying. They are to zealous in their efforts to be credible in that respect.

I guess someone has to respond to their assertions. Thanks for taking the job today.

I answered you but you did not like the answer. Dell was 30% pricier than similar systems I priced. I've bought dozens of computers in the past year and know something about buying a pc. If it is difficult for a newbee buyer to understand Dell's pricing then they have a bigger problem than I thought.

Here is something else that may shock you, I've been long Dell several times in the past year! I'm an unbiased investor who right now prefers being short Dell. Even though I was long Dell I did not fall in love with the stock.
