Jack King isn't the only one selling this puppy. Bid down to 11.75.

BellBoy, this is pretty simple.

First, Bob T. posted the insidertrader update - some officer filed a 144 to sell 60,000 shares.

Then I called my broker, (Schwab500) and asked for the pertinent information. Who? How many shares? How many before and after the transaction? This is how I know it was CEO Jack King!

Next I pulled up this SEC filing that shows ownership by insiders: sec.gov Sure enough, Mr. King was selling from his existing holdings and not exercising options.

Best Regards, Bill
