I don't think stand your ground means you can attack someone who'd following you. That's a novel interpretation of the law you've developed ... you're essentially arguing Martin could attack Zimmerman for following him and watching to see where he went.

Trayvon was the one "standing his ground". Zimmerman was stalking after being told by the 911 operator to cease and desist.
