What I was talking about with central planning was the whole idea of a constitutional democracy. The constitution was "the plan". There had never been a plan like that in the history of mankind. The United States of America evolved out of that plan. The constitution was the foundation that built the most successful country in the world. It was the constitution that allowed central planning that formed laws that allowed the formation of our civilzation, money, added states, defeated all enemies, built the best transportation system in the world, largest dams and a public school system that made us the strongest and most educated country in the world. When we went to war with the Nazi it was our ability to engage absolute central planning that allowed us to defeat Germany in Japan. In months factories were converted to military production lines that spat out amazing amounts of aricraft, ships and guns. Talk about central planning! That all evolved out of the constitution. The most amazing plan.
