I was asked not to use his name on the boards so I won't. He did say that the permit process was by far the most difficult of any permit that he has worked on in the 30+ years he has been involved with permitting.

We did discuss the catalyst briefly and he said the results were what was shown in the mass spec graph published by JBI. He said the most amazing part was the lack of the very long chain hydrocarbons produced by the JBI process.

The names of the people I talked to at DEC have been published on the boards a number of times.

If you choose not to believe what I post that is your option. I have not posted all the DD I have done or all the information I have discovered for a variety of reasons. The least of which is the old dictum "Don't tell everything you know." If you choose to discount the things I post because of that, it's OK with me.
