"Maybe on the next video that's done JB could show how the catalyst is added to the process. It would blow the doors off of all skepticism."

I don't think that would help. Every method that I've seen for converting plastic to oil uses a catalyst in the process. Simply showing a video of him adding a catalyst would at most show that Bordynuik can do what many others can already do. I don't think anyone doubts that Bordynuik could, in principle, at least do that.

Bordynuik raised money on his claim that he has a catalyst with special properties, allowing him to convert plastic to oil for $10/bbl. It is this specific claim, about the remarkable efficiency that is unique to Bordynuik's catalyst, that is the reason many invested, that needs to be independently validated.

There are straightforward ways for Bordynuik to validate his claim.

In view of the windfall that JB and his shareholders would receive if the claim was properly validated, and the fact that no steps have been taken to do so, strongly suggests that Bordynuik is lying about it. I can't see any other explanation.
