Out of curiosity, does anybody actually buy their e-books from Apple?

I have only used Amazon and I think that would be the case even if I didnt own a Kindle. While I am locking myself into Amazon, at least they have an app that allows me to read their books across various platforms.

Personally, I see that as a good thing.

Amazon says DOJ deal with book publishers win for Kindle owners

Amazon says it is looking forward to lowering prices on e-books again following news that that U.S. government is investigating whether Apple and book publishers colluded on e-book pricing.
