If you have problems connecting to Datek Online, make sure that you are not connecting to a bookmark to home1.datek.com, which has been taken offline.

Connections to www.datek.com, or directly to any secure server should have worked fine all day.

there has been a pattern of late since the 10/28/97 ...
Datek is having problems with success. They performed well realive to the other online brokers ..... they came out on top in a few user polls and have had a rush of new clients ... they have added new servers although I've never been able to link regularly to them.

every morning 9:30 to 10:00 am they are snail slow or down every afternoon 3:15 or so until the close same story .....
