yep, in general I don't think its too bad

But for all the Apple haters out there, I think the issue for you is, this doesn't affect iPhone sales one iota. IMO buyers of this phone in the vast majority be either people who would never have bought an Apple anyway (hated them, or it was just too expensive), or people who wouldn't have bought one anyway for those reasons and are refugees from Blackberry, or people hacked off with the Androids roll-the-dice on whether your phone will get an upgrade, and for how long, strategy.

On a related topic, can anyone who has one say if its possible to get rid of certain Win8 tiles that I've read contradictory reports are "baked in" or arent? I'm talking xbox 360 and facebook in particular. I've read you cannott get rid of these at all, and I've also read that you can change them anyway you want.

As an indifferent Android user I'd be willing to give it a go but baked in Xbox and facebook tiles on the home screen would be a deal killer for me. As would lack of cut and paste but am I right in thinking that's there now?

Given how popular we read it is I'd guess at least one of the Apple haters must have bought one by now, right ?
