Well at least last time we checked the incidence of bleeding from palms / stigmata so popular as evidencing the truth of the divine has fallen off since Darwin's time . What , has Brumar been cutting & pasting the latest picayune articles from the creationist websites that rank 1/80,000th in the world again ? Its at least one good thing accomplished with creationists & ID'ers admitting that such "signs from above" are no longer valid .

(Thru their silences on these no longer fashionable miraculous "proofs" of course )

In the general area of more support for Common Descent there is an important trend... as more species are added to analyses and as more genes are sequenced for those species, the phylogenetic trees are becoming more clearly resolved with fewer and fewer conflicts. The vertebrate tree of life is an excellent example in this & here Thomson and Shaffer 2010 discuss this:
