Gold is a metal with limited industrial value .......it's only attraction to many people is its shiny color... Gold's attraction is that governments can't increase the volume of gold. they claim their salaries are cap gains and pay 15% on 4 billion dollar bonuses I don't know why you think people can simply declare salary income as capital gains.
