AFAIK, drugs are not legal there and so I'm a bit hard-pressed to see the connection with "legalization".

At any rate, I believe any employer who wants to drug test any employee for any reason ought to have that right, and ought to be able to fire the employee for refusing to submit.

I also believe there is no way in hell marijuana legalization would result in anywhere near the misery inflicted by its prohibition.
