Does that include companies with under 500 shareholders?

I was told by the SEC that they have to report very little.

Hi Barbara! Thanks for the info. Since the CEO's ownership has not been reported, it's likely that he has less than 10%. Barbara, I'd love to know what you think about the whole merger idea and a possible outcome, if you have time of course.
