No its factually correct. The government used its influence to tilt the way the bankruptcy happened. It might not be new ground in bankruptcy law, but it was inappropriate.

Seems to me the UAW doesn't get a seat at the Table to decide how a company they don't have a representative on the board of directors due to share ownership, is sold. That act along made it impossible to legimitmately sell the company and how now stuck the taxpayers with a huge loss in the multi billions of dollars. Odumbozo can lose his OWN measley millions from his book of lies on loser investments like Solyndra til he is broke in the poorhouse, but not with my money.
